Coachman Caravans is a family-run, leading touring caravan manufacturer in Hull with over 37 years of experience. We pride ourselves in producing exceptional touring caravans year after year without any compromise on luxury or features whilst setting the benchmark for exceptional standards.
Coachman Caravans is renowned for producing the highest quality touring caravans in the UK, making our staff some of the most qualified and experienced in the sector.
We have the following vacancy within our Purchasing Team:
Purchasing/Materials Controller: Salary up to: £27,000pa.
To work at our site on Amsterdam Road, Hull.
You must possess good administration and IT skills. The ability to multi-task and work in a cross-functional office environment whilst applying attention to detail. An excellent telephone manner and a professional attitude towards work. Purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
Education/qualifications: Supply Chain Management (Level 2) or equivalent.
Main duties include but are not restricted to:
Component material administration/processing using MRP, maintaining supplier relationships, sourcing of and procurement of non-strategic products.
General systems maintenance within our ERP software system and dealing with purchasing related invoice queries.
Hours of work: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm.
Holidays fixed to factory shutdowns (in line with school holidays), with the exception of one week, which can be taken through the year.
This is a full time/permanent position and benefits from company pension/life insurance schemes, onsite parking, competitive salary as well as an annual bonus scheme.
