  • Maintenance Engineer

    Job Description:

    Coachman Caravans is a family-run, leading touring caravan manufacturer in Hull with over 39 years of experience. We produce exceptional, high quality touring caravans year after year without any compromise on luxury or features.

    We are currently seeking an additional skilled and motivated MAINTENANCE ENGINEER to work within our busy Maintenance Team. This role is a permanent, full time position.

    The successful candidate will be a focused, driven individual who can operate good time management/organisational skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to machine/equipment breakdowns.

    Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role with strong mechanical and/or electrical skills. Good problem solving skills.

    Key responsibilities:

    Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all production equipment/machinery.

    Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

    Strong interpersonal skills required and the ability to liaise with employees at all levels of the organisation, as well as external suppliers, manufacturers and technical support staff.

    Hours of work: Mon โ€“ Thurs: 0730hrsโ€“ 1630hrs Friday: 0730hrs โ€“ 1230hrs plus overtime opportunities as and when required.

    Holidays: 23 holiday days (fixed to factory shutdowns) plus Bank Holidays.

    Company contributed pension scheme.

    Death In Service scheme.

    Onsite parking.
